- Synchronous: This means that we have real-time video or phone consultations between a client and one of our medical personnel.
- Asynchronous: Exchange of medical information through emails/sms/whatsapp chats.
- Remote Monitoring: Use of wearable devices to monitor patient’s health metrics in real-time.

- Secure Messaging: We also have our Contact page form where you are allowed to leave us a message with their requests and rest assured we’ll reach back with an hour. Also this commnication is only visible to the user and the medic practioner.
- Security and Privacy: Our platform has an end-to-end encryption meaning all the conversations we have with our client are only only visible to us as Hello Daktari and to our client. We also don’t publish private information nor use it for advertisement purposes.
Virtual /E-Prescription
Also known as e-prescriptions, are a key component for us at Hello Daktari since we are a remote healthcare provider. Virtual prescriptions provides a convenient and efficient way for patients to receive their medications without needing to visit a healthcare provider in person.
Telehealth Consultations
- Patients schedule a virtual appointment with a healthcare provider via a telehealth platform. During the consultation, the provider assesses the patient’s condition and determines the appropriate treatment.
Electronic Prescription
- If medication is needed, we generate an electronic prescription using an e-prescribing software. This e-prescription is securely transmitted to the patient’s chosen pharmacy through an electronic health record system or emails.
